Angela Davis Cert CII has over 24 years of experience in various management roles at AXA Insurance. Currently serving as the Head of Commercial Complaints and previously as COO Operational Support Manager since March 2016, Angela oversees workforce planning, quality assurance, and management information support for Commercial Insurance. Prior to this, Angela was the EPartner and Customer Operations Manager, focusing on operations for the Epartner, migration, and Customer teams within AXA Business Insurance. Angela's earlier roles include Service Operations Manager and Customer Service Manager at AXA Insurance from 2007 to 2016. Education was completed at Turnbull High School from 1981 to 1987.
