Kylie Robson-Lee

Kylie Robson-Lee is an experienced professional in the insurance and financial services sector with a diverse background. Currently serving as the National Personal Lines Development Manager at NFU Mutual since March 2017, Kylie leads and influences sales strategies to enhance growth in the personal lines market. Previous roles include Sales Development Manager and Sales Development Consultant at NFU Mutual, and Senior Project Manager for Leadership & Development at OMEGA - National Association for Care of Life. Kylie's early career features positions at AXA, Direct Line Group, and NatWest, where responsibilities ranged from relationship management with corporate partners to regional management and banking advisory roles. Kylie served as a Soldier in the British Army, earning the Op Telic Medal for deployment in Kuwait and Basra. Education was completed at Shrewsbury Sixth Form from 1999 to 2001.
