Bettina Cramm

Bettina Cramm has extensive experience in health and safety, particularly in health management and employee representation. Since January 2008, Bettina has worked at AXA as a Specialist in Health & Safety and also holds various leadership roles, including being a member of the Board of Directors in the AXA Group and a member of the Supervisory Board for AXA Konzern AG in Germany. Bettina has previously served as a board member for DBV-Vermittlungsgesellschaft and DBV-Winterthur Krankenversicherung, as well as in various health promotion and management roles at DBV-Winterthur. Bettina's educational background includes a Diplom in Medical Pedagogy from Martin Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg, specializing in health promotion and management. Prior experience includes work as a Medical Technical Assistant in diagnostics at Deutsche Klinik für Diagnostik.
