Fanny DECONINCK is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in HR transformation, talent attraction, and employer branding. Currently serving as the Global Director of Talent Attraction and Employer Branding at AXA since September 2019, Fanny DECONINCK has spearheaded initiatives to enhance HR capabilities and improve candidate experiences. Noteworthy contributions include the implementation of AXA's global career site and the development of a new employee value proposition across the Group. Previous roles include Global Head of Employee Experience & Engagement Culture Diversity & Corporate Responsibility at AXA Partners and Global HR Business Partner & HR Transformation Coordination at AXA.
