Huntlee Alderman is an accomplished HR and talent acquisition leader with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the HRIS Talent Acquisition Functional Lead at AXA since April 2023, Huntlee previously held the position of Global Head of Talent Acquisition at AXA Partners, where responsibilities included leading a global Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence and driving strategic planning across 30+ countries. Prior experience includes roles such as EMEA Talent Acquisition Director at Cielo Talent, where oversight of a large account team was provided, and positions at Texas Health Resources focusing on corporate recruitment and HR business partnership.
