Neil Bullivant

Neil Bullivant currently serves as the Head of Group CUO Transformation & Operations at AXA, beginning in October 2023. Prior to this, Neil held various leadership roles at AXA XL, including Global Head of Underwriting Product Strategy and Transformation and Chief of Staff to the Global Chief Underwriting Officer. Neil led the integration of the Global Energy Product Line and was a member of the XL Catlin Global Energy Leadership Team, focusing on strategic business management and underwriting governance. Earlier in the career, Neil was part of Howden Insurance Brokers' Executive Management Team and held positions at Aon, specializing in North American Casualty business. Neil is an alumnus of the University of Brighton with a BA(Hons) in Business Administration and holds an ACII (Re)Insurance qualification from the Chartered Insurance Institute. Additionally, from 2011 to 2018, Neil contributed to the Oasis Church Leadership Team, participating in vision-setting and public speaking.
