Camil Realubit

Camil Realubit has a diverse work experience, starting with a role at Veggie411 as a Co-Founder and Competitive Researcher, where they collected data on the target market and won a startup competition. Camil then interned at AmeriCorps, specifically the Superior Court of San Francisco, assisting self-represented litigants with legal paperwork. Camil also had a role at Money Economics as a Content Research Analyst, publishing articles, conducting research projects, and updating financial news on WordPress.

Moving forward, Camil joined EY in 2014 as an Audit Intern, followed by various roles such as Financial Services Audit Staff, Financial Services Transaction Support Senior Rotator, Financial Services Audit Senior, and Audit Manager. At EY, they gained experience in auditing and financial services.

In 2021, Camil transitioned to the role of Senior Manager, Technical Accounting and Financial Reporting at Plastiq, before being promoted to Director, Technical Accounting and Financial Reporting. Camil also held the position of Assistant Controller. At Plastiq, Camil worked on technical accounting and financial reporting.

Most recently, Camil started working at Hippo Insurance in 2023 in the field of Strategic Finance. The duration of their current role at Hippo Insurance is ongoing.

Camil Realubit completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics at the University of California, Berkeley from 2010 to 2014.
