Sarah Margaret Peter

Sarah Margaret Peter is an accomplished professional in program management and transformation leadership with extensive experience in the insurance sector. Currently serving as Vice President and Program Management Lead at Generali Malaysia since May 2017, Sarah is accountable for the successful delivery of regional programs and strategic projects. Prior to this role, Sarah held the position of Program Management Lead for Merger & Acquisition at Am General Insurance Berhad from August 2012 to May 2017, where key achievements included overseeing the merger with Kurnia Insurance Bhd and leading post-merger transformation initiatives. Additionally, Sarah has project management experience at AIA Insurance Berhad, focusing on cross-functional transformation program deliveries during the same period.
