Hari Tripathy

Hari Tripathy currently serves as the Head of GCC and Director of the Global SAP CoE & S/4 HANA Transformation at Axalta, leading the global Tech Capability Center in India and overseeing the SAP Center of Excellence. Previously, during tenure at bp, Hari was the Head of Transformation Delivery for Global and Regional operations, managing digital transformation programs across finance, customer, procurement, and data functions in eight countries. At Schlumberger, Hari held the position of SAP Transformation Leader, responsible for deploying SAP and digital solutions for a large user base across multiple regions. Earlier, as Practice Director and General Manager at HCL Technologies, responsibilities included value generation, revenue management, and project oversight for SAP implementations. Hari began a professional journey at SAP as a Consulting Manager, focusing on program and project management, business development, and resource management. Educational qualifications include an MBA from IFMR Graduate School of Business - Krea University and a BE in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Nagpur University.
