Malgorzata Kowalczyk

Malgorzata Kowalczyk has a robust background in operations and administration, currently serving as the Internal Warehouse and Site Admin Lead at Axalta since July 2021. Previously, Malgorzata was a Senior Operations Supervisor at Conduent from July 2018 to June 2021, and prior to that, held the position of Service Desk Team Manager at Fujitsu Technology Solutions from November 2013 to June 2018. Malgorzata also gained leadership experience as a Team Lead at Infosys from November 2010 to February 2013 and worked as a Senior Pricing Specialist at GE from 2005 to 2010. Malgorzata holds a Master's degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Lodz, completed in 2005, and pursued further education at Wyższa Szkoła Humanistyczno-Ekonomiczna w Łodzi in 2008.
