Matthew Boland

Matthew Boland has a vast amount of experience in the automotive coatings industry, having worked in various roles at DuPont and Axalta. With a background in chemical engineering and business, Matthew has held positions such as Research Manager, Product Program Manager, and North America Product Manager. Matthew has also served as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Notre Dame and a Production Supervisor at Ford Motor Company. Currently, Matthew is pursuing executive education at Stanford University while working as the Vice President of Global Refinish Technology and Global Transportation Coatings Technology at Axalta.
