Hugo de Jesús

Hugo de Jesús is the COO & Solution Architect. He has played a vital role in building Axazure into the benchmark firm that it is today. Hugo guides the company by working with the senior management team across the organization to help the business achieve their goals year on year.

Although the beginning of his career was more technical (development), he has over 16 years of experience dedicated to consulting where he progressed from Junior Consultant to COO, always directly involved in Microsoft Dynamics AX (ERP), now D365F&O.

In 2013, Hugo decided to develop his career in Latin America, where growth opportunities were higher. As a result, he expanded his experience participating in important projects in the region, particularly developing and managing consulting teams. Hugo’s international experience has been crucial to Axazure’s ongoing success.
