Marek Kiwilszo

Marek Kiwilszo is an experienced professional in technology and management, currently serving as the Managing Director of Axbit Poland Sp. z o.o. since March 2022, where responsibilities include developing local strategy, managing project delivery, and overseeing employee hiring and retention. Prior to this role, Marek acted as Chief Delivery Officer for the Axbit group, focusing on overall delivery and supporting project managers. Previous experience includes a Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist position at Nordea, where Marek was part of a DevOps team managing IT infrastructure for automated trading, and holding various roles at Semcon, including Acting IT Manager and Department Manager, where responsibilities ranged from L2 support to department leadership in control systems development. Marek holds a Master of Science in Engineering from Gdańsk University of Technology and a Technician degree in Computer Systems and Networks.
