Grace H. Lee

Grace Tkach (Lee) is a skilled Process Engineer and Demo/Equipment Engineer at Axcelis Technologies since August 2021, previously serving as a Product Engineer at Rochester Electronics, LLC, from June 2020 to June 2021, and as Final Test Engineer II and Final Test Engineer I at Axcelis Technologies from June 2017 to May 2020. Grace's early experience includes a research internship at Smith College, focusing on renewable energy and collaborating on NSF-funded research, as well as participation in the Draper Competition for Collegiate Women Entrepreneurs, where innovative renewable solutions were developed. Grace holds a Master of Engineering in Engineering/Industrial Management from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Science from Smith College.
