Mich Chang

Mich Chang is a seasoned professional in service operations and management with over two decades of experience. Currently serving as the CS&I Director for Taiwan at Axcelis Technologies since January 2021, Mich oversees service operations, business, and spares, emphasizing employee guidance, a positive work culture, safety compliance, and quality control. Previously, Mich held various leadership roles at ASM from 2000 to 2020, including Director of Service Operations and Spares for the Greater China Region and managing a large team of engineers and managers. Early career experience includes roles at Hualon Microelectronics, where Mich was responsible for manufacturing operations. Mich holds a Bachelor's degree in Traffic Transportation Engineering and Management from Feng Chia University.
