Maddy Gangai

Maddy Gangai is a seasoned Human Resources Consultant at Axcet HR Solutions since July 2025, bringing a wealth of experience from previous roles in employee relations and talent management. At Procore Technologies, Maddy served as a Performance Engagement and Employee Relations Partner, where responsibilities included conflict resolution and sensitive workplace investigations. Maddy also held the position of Talent Generalist, supporting revenue business units with policy implementation and performance management. Prior to that, Maddy worked as a Product Support Specialist at LaborChart, focusing on customer engagement and support. Maddy's earlier experiences include serving as a Project Manager with Enactus, a student at Graceland University, and an Americorps Member at Greater Des Moines Habitat for Humanity. Maddy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Graceland University.
