Sarah Leibrandt

Sarah Leibrandt, MSHR, is a seasoned professional in human resources and customer support, currently serving as a Human Resources Project Consultant at CPS HR Consulting since July 2023. Prior to this role, Sarah accumulated extensive experience at 2U from 2018 to August 2025, progressing through positions as a Senior Customer Support Rotational Advisor, Senior Customer Support Advisor, and Customer Support Advisor. Earlier in the career path, Sarah worked as an Admissions Advisor at Guild Education and as a Qualify and Transfer Advisor at HotChalk, Inc. Academically, Sarah holds a Master of Science in Human Resources from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from DePaul University.
