Jaimee Watson-Helm

Jaimee Watson-Helm has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. From 2022 to the present, they serve as the Global Talent Lead at Axel Arigato, where they are responsible for talent acquisition and attraction on a global scale. Prior to this, they worked at Volvo Cars from 2017 to 2022, starting as an Experienced Recruiter and progressing to roles such as Lead Recruiter EMEA and People Experience Partner (HRBP) for Product Creation. In these positions, they supported recruitment efforts, partnered with hiring managers, and provided HR support for EMEA. Before joining Volvo Cars, Jaimee worked as a Recruitment Consultant for their own business from 2013 to 2016. Jaimee also gained experience as a Senior Recruiter at EF Education First from 2012 to 2013 and as an Academic Recruiter and Onboarding Specialist at EF English First from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they worked as an ESL Teaching Assistant at Seattle University in 2009 and as a Product Development Advisor & VIP Host at Kurrent LLC from 2007 to 2008. Overall, Jaimee has demonstrated their expertise in talent acquisition, HR support, and recruitment across multiple industries and organizations.

Jaimee Watson-Helm completed their diploma at Seoul American High School from 2000 to 2004. Jaimee further pursued their education at the University of Washington and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from 2004 to 2008.
