Shayli Birla

Shayli Birla is an undergraduate student at the University of Chicago, pursuing a dual Bachelor's degree in Economics and Biochemistry, expected to graduate in 2025. Currently, Shayli serves as an Incoming Summer 2024 Asset Management Intern at Goldman Sachs and a Corporate Development Intern at Axel Johnson Inc. Previous experiences include working as a Resident Assistant at the University of Chicago, where a community of approximately 100 residents is fostered through events and communication. Shayli also completed a Nonprofit Consulting Externship with Junior Achievement and PwC, receiving an 'Outstanding Completion' certificate. Earlier roles include conducting research at NY MIDTOWN OB/GYN and instructing STEM at Dwight-Englewood School.
