Saulo Santana

Saulo Santana has a comprehensive work experience in the creative field, spanning over several companies. Saulo started their career at Jornal O Dia, where they worked as a Journalist and Deputy Art Director. Saulo later became an Advisor for Creative Direction at the same company. Saulo also gained experience as a Senior Designer at Gulf News and as a Senior Advisor at Diário Econômico.

Moving on, Saulo worked as a Creative Director at Marca and as an Art Director at Correio Braziliense. Saulo then joined Danmarks Medie- og Journalisthøjskole as a Guest Lecturer, sharing their knowledge and expertise with aspiring professionals.

Saulo's career took a significant turn when they became a Consultant and Creative Advisor at JP/Politikens Hus A/S Denmark. Saulo continued to take on consultant roles, working on communication strategy and creative direction at Ringier Axel Springer Serbia.

In 2014, Saulo joined Formatum as a Member of the Board of Directors and Chief Creative Officer (CCO). Here, they provided global advisory services and worked on various projects for clients such as Coca-Cola, Euro Consumers, and the New York Marathon.

Currently, Saulo holds the position of Chief Creative Officer (CCO) at Axel Springer. Saulo'sroles within Axel Springer have included serving as a Chief Creative Officer (CCO), Creative Director, and Art Director. Saulo has been involved in an array of tasks, including overseeing branding strategy, on-air design, show design, graphics live operations, and the overall style for broadcast and video productions.

Throughout their career, Saulo Santana has showcased their strategic and creative expertise in multiple roles, contributing to the growth and success of the companies they have worked with.

Saulo Santana attended Estácio de Sá University from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design.
