Meghna Singh

Meghna Singh's work experience spans over several years and includes various leadership roles in the field of people and talent development. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of People at Axelera AI, where they lead the global people function for a deeptech startup focused on redefining AI at the edge. Meghna is responsible for executing the company's vision of scaling rapidly over the next 24 months.

Prior to their current position, Meghna worked at McKinsey & Company as a Senior Manager of People & Talent Development. In this role, they led the team responsible for the people development of McKinsey's digital practice in Europe. Meghna supported the growth of approximately 1500 consultants across multiple countries and collaborated with stakeholders to shape the strategic people agenda.

Before joining McKinsey, Meghna worked at Booking.com as a Senior Technology Recruiter. Meghna was responsible for recruiting technology professionals and played a significant role in talent acquisition for the company.

Meghna also gained valuable experience at Infosys, where they held various roles. As Lead - Talent Acquisition, they were responsible for recruiting ERP and Infrastructure Management consultants across the US. Additionally, they served as a Program Manager for the Global Management Program, a leadership development program. Earlier in their career at Infosys, they were part of the campus recruiting team, hiring management graduates from business schools in India.

At the start of their career, Meghna worked at HCL Comnet Ltd. as a Management Trainee, where they focused on compensation and benefits.

Throughout their career, Meghna has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a strategic approach to people and talent development.

Meghna Singh completed their high school education at Loreto Convent School in an unspecified year. Meghna then pursued a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Physics from Delhi University between 2002 and 2005. Following this, they enrolled at Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resources Development from 2005 to 2007.

Additionally, Meghna Singh obtained a certification in Compensation Studies from Cornell University in May 2023.
