Simran Jeet Kaur began their work experience in 2022 as a Human Resources Executive at Axelon Services Corporation. Simran started their role in July 2022 and is currently employed there. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resource Trainee at IFORTIS WORLDWIDE™ from March 2022 to April 2022.

Simran Jeet Kaur pursued their B.Com degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Andhra University from 2019 to 2021. In June 2022, they completed an Interview Skills Course offered by TCS iON and obtained a certification for the same.
