Lisa Sebella has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Lisa started their career at CDR Systems Inc. in 2012, where they began as a CNC technician and junior designer and eventually became a Senior Mechanical Product Designer and Quality Manager. During their time at CDR Systems, they were responsible for product design, QMS development, prototype manufacture, client liaison, and leading a team of junior designers.

In 2018, Lisa joined MRO Electronic Supply Ltd. as a Mechanical/Manufacturing Sales Engineer. Lisa'sresponsibilities at MRO included managing complex accounts with special manufacturing requirements, determining BOM and manufacturing requirements for bids, conducting design reviews, drafting proposals, organizing technical drawings, and monitoring production activity.

Currently, Lisa is working at Axem Neurotechnology as a Mechanical Lead. Lisa is responsible for designing the external elements of the device enclosure and internal mechanical components that interface with the optical array and electronics. Axem Neurotechnology is a neurotechnology startup focused on stroke rehabilitation in the home environment.
