From 1998 to 2020, they were employed by RB, where they held various roles such as Executive Vice President - Global Category, RB Health, Group Category Officer Health, Senior Vice President - Global Marketing and Digital Excellence, General Manager RB USA, Global Category Director, General Manager Hungary Romania, and Regional Marketing Director.
