Frédéric Kuntzburger has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Frédéric started their career in 1989 at Rhône Poulenc as a Chef de Projet Recherche et Developpement. Frédéric then worked at Rhodia Silicones from 2002 to 2010 as RESPONSABLE DE PRODUCTION. From 2006 to 2012, they held positions at BLUESTAR, first as Responsable de Groupe Production and later as Responsable Qualité & Lean Six Sigma Bluestar Silicones France. Frédéric then joined Solvay in 2012 as a Directeur de Projet and worked there until 2015. Since 2015, they have been working at Axens, where they held various roles including Responsable des Fabrications, Global Industrial Director Catalysts & Adsorbents, and currently, Industrial & Technical Director. In 2020, they also volunteered for Football Ecologie France as Benevole pour le Developpement Durable.

Frédéric Kuntzburger completed their education as follows:

- From 1982 to 1985, they attended Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Industries Chimiques Nancy, where they earned a degree in Genie Chimique.

- Later, from 1985 to 1989, they enrolled in Institut national polytechnique de Lorraine, where they obtained a Docteur degree in Chimie-Physique et Genie des Procédés.

- Additionally, from 1982 to 1986, they also pursued a Docteur ingénieur degree in Chimie physique at ENSIC.

- Lastly, in the period from 1994 to 1996, they attended IAE Paris - Sorbonne Business School, where they completed an MBA with a focus on Administration des Entreprises, specifically in the field of Marketing.
