Thomas Soave

Thomas Soave has extensive experience in internal control, auditing, and compliance, currently serving as Directeur Contrôle Interne, et Risques Majeurs Groupe at AXEREAL since February 2022. At AXEREAL, responsibilities include creating the internal control department, managing major risks, and developing governance frameworks. Previous roles include Internal Controller/Auditor at Groupe M, where Thomas implemented international compliance and internal control testing, and at Parfums Christian Dior, where oversight of internal processes for LVMH's HQ and subsidiaries was managed.
