Donna Busby has over 25 years of experience in human resources, with expertise in various industries such as technology, healthcare, and construction. Donna currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Axes Physical Therapy, where they oversee HR functions and ensures compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Prior to this, Donna worked as a HR Consultant, providing evaluation and training to candidates undergoing career transitions or facing adverse situations. Donna also served as the Director of Human Resources at Pony Bird, Inc., where they managed all aspects of employee-related matters and played a key role in defining and maintaining the company culture. Donna's experience also includes roles as an HR Manager and Office Manager at Industrial Ally, LLC, where they specialize in heavy construction services, and as a Senior Resource Manager at Rose International, where they managed HR support for national accounts in the IT division. Additionally, they held leadership positions at Thrive St. Louis, Inc., a non-profit organization, where they were responsible for HR functions across multiple locations, and at Open Systems Group, LLC, a technology-based company, where they established and implemented HR practices for the organization. In addition to their academic achievements, Donna Busby obtained the certification of Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute in January 2011.
