Wayland Smalley is an experienced professional with a diverse career spanning various industries. Currently serving as Process Improvement Manager at AXH Air Coolers since October 2022, Wayland has also held multiple leadership roles at Chart Industries, Inc., including Production Supervisor for the E&C Finfans Segment and Production Manager. Wayland has been recognized as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and has a unique political background as a nominee for the U.S. Congress in 2003-2004.
