Marcela Llovera has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Marcela began their career as an Accounting Administrative Assistant at Estudio Contable Dr. Enrique Sabadie in 1999 before moving on to Ernst & Young, where they worked as a Senior Auditor from 2000 to 2004.

Marcela then transitioned to the public sector, joining the Argentine Ministry of Health - International Finance Unit (UFI) in 2005 as a Senior Monitoring Consultant. Marcela was responsible for monitoring program and project activities and providing support in the elaboration of Annual Operational Plans. Marcela continued their work in the public sector as a Monitoring Specialist at the Argentine Ministry of Health from 2007 to 2008, focusing on evaluation, follow-up, and monitoring activities of projects.

In 2008, Marcela served as a Senior Consultant at the Chief of the Cabinet of Ministers of Argentina, where they prepared financial statements, executed budgets, and complied with requests from the World Bank. Marcela then joined Axialent in 2009 as a Senior Accounting Analyst, where they conducted monthly reporting and analysis of variations, accounts analysis, and bank reconciliations.

Throughout their time at Axialent, Marcela took on various roles, including Global Payroll Coordinator, Compensations & Benefits. In this position, they were responsible for collecting and verifying employee and timekeeping data, computing wages and deductions, and updating payroll information for promotions, transfers, terminations, and new hires. Marcela also served as a Project Manager, supporting global accounts and leading project planning and implementation.

Currently, Marcela holds the position of Business Manager at Axialent, where they manage projects for multiple global companies, supports partners in financial and operational aspects of the portfolio, prepares quotes for prospects, and builds monthly reports for strategic Partners meetings.

Marcela Llovera pursued their education by enrolling at the University of Cambridge in 1994, where they obtained their First Certificate in English. Following that, they attended the University of Buenos Aires from 1995 to 2000, earning a degree in CPA. The field of study for both their degrees is not specified.
