Sandra F. has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Sandra is currently working as a Business Operations Manager at Accenture since July 2021. Prior to this, Sandra held various roles at Axialent from 2010 to 2021, including Business Manager & PM Lead, Global Project Management Lead, and Business Manager Europe. In these roles, they managed virtual project management for international clients, led teams of project managers, and focused on process improvement. Before joining Axialent, Sandra worked at ISP International Specialty Products Inc. as a Supply Chain Manager from 2008 to 2010, where they oversaw global exportations, logistics operations, and customer service. Prior to that, they worked as an Export Manager at Oekotau GmbH from 2006 to 2008 and as a Project Manager at Fry & Bonthrone from 2002 to 2004.

Sandra F. has a bachelor's degree in International Business Administration, which they obtained from the International Business School from 1998 to 2002. Their education continued with a postgraduate degree in Renewable Energy Project Development & Project Finance from Universidad del CEMA in 2018. In the same year, they also earned a diploma in PMI - ACP: Agile Project Management from Centro de e-Learning UTN FRBA and completed an executive program in Energy Business Management from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina 'Santa María de los Buenos Aires'. Sandra pursued a Master of Advanced Studies in Energy Management from the University of Koblenz and Landau from 2018 to 2020. Their education journey continued with an international MBA in International Business Administration and a master's degree in Smart Cities & Sustainability from Universidad Isabel I in 2021 and 2022 respectively. These include PMI ACP Agile Project Management from UTN Buenos Aires in 2018, Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in 2017, Scrum Product Owner Professional Certificate (SPOPC) from CertiProf in 2021, and Scrum Master Professional Certificate (SMPC) also from CertiProf in 2021.

Furthermore, Sandra has obtained various certifications in topics related to leadership, diversity, equity, and inclusion, data analytics, finance, and security awareness from institutions such as Skillsoft, Harvard Business Publishing, and the Project Management Institute.
