Alice Heywood

Alice Heywood has extensive experience in the legal field. Alice is currently the Chief Legal Officer at Wayspring, a position they have held since September 2023. Prior to this, Alice worked at HCA as a Senior Counsel from March 2011 to September 2023. Alice also worked at Waller Lansden Dortch and Davis, first as an Associate from May 2005 to December 2007, and then as a Partner from January 2008 to February 2011. Before joining Waller Lansden Dortch and Davis, they worked at Stites & Harbison as an Associate from 2000 to 2005.

Alice Heywood earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Vanderbilt University in 1997. Alice then went on to attend The University of Memphis—Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, where they obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) degree in 2000. Prior to their undergraduate studies, Alice Heywood attended Girls Preparatory School from 1986 to 1993.
