Leann Myers

LeAnn Myers has a strong background in clinical operations, quality improvement, and nursing management. LeAnn is currently serving as the Vice President of Clinical Operations at Wayspring. Prior to this, they held the role of Director of Quality Improvement at Westside Family Healthcare from July 2019 to February 2023. Before that, LeAnn worked at Nemours, where they had multiple roles including Director of Clinical Operations & Quality Assurance, Clinical Operations Director, and Nursing Manager. LeAnn'searlier experience includes working as a Lead Nurse and Registered Nurse at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.

LeAnn Myers has an impressive education history. LeAnn first attended Delaware County Community College from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse. LeAnn then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Nursing Science from West Chester University of Pennsylvania from 2011 to 2012. LeAnn went on to further advance their education by obtaining a Master of Science in Nursing Administration from Wilmington University, which they completed from 2014 to 2017. In addition to their degrees, LeAnn has also obtained additional certifications, including a Nurse Executive, Advanced NEA-BC certification from the American Nurses Credentialing Center in September 2017, as well as a Leadership Delaware Fellowship from Leadership Delaware, Inc. in 2019.
