Mary Beth Johnson

Mary Beth Johnson has extensive experience in talent acquisition. Mary Beth currently works as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Wayspring, starting in 2023. Prior to that, they held the role of Talent Acquisition Manager at Wayspring starting in 2022 until 2023. Mary Beth has also worked at CareHere LLC as a Talent Advisor and Talent Acquisition Manager from 2021 to 2021. Mary Beth previously worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at CareHere LLC from 2018 to 2021, and as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner from 2015 to 2018. Before joining CareHere LLC, Mary Beth worked as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter at Snelling Staffing from 2014 to 2015, and as a Recruiter at EDMC from 2011 to 2013.

Mary Beth Johnson attended the University of North Alabama from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Communication, General. In July 2019, they also obtained certification as a Certified Internet Recruiter from ADP.
