Monika Rybitwa

Monika Rybitwa is a seasoned professional in service management with extensive experience in implementing ITIL best practices and PRINCE2 methodology across various roles. Currently serving as Service Management Manager at Axians IT Poland since September 2023, Monika previously held similar managerial positions at S&T Services Polska Sp. z o.o. and Vimana Sp. z o.o. Monika's career began in quality auditing, focusing on ISO standards and project support, which further evolved into comprehensive project management and service excellence initiatives. Monika holds a postgraduate degree in Effective IT Management and IT Governance from the SGH Warsaw School of Economics and has a background from the University of Warsaw.
