Catarina Pinto

Catarina Pinto currently serves as an IT Talent Manager at Axians Portugal since October 2021, where responsibilities include attracting, evaluating, and selecting IT profiles across various domains, managing recruitment pipelines, and analyzing KPIs. Prior to this role, Catarina worked as an RH Trainee at Câmara Municipal do Marco de Canaveses from October 2019 to March 2020, focusing on recruitment, selection, performance evaluation, and workplace health and safety. Catarina holds a Master’s degree in Human Sciences, specializing in Work and Organizational Psychology from Universidade Católica Portuguesa and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidade da Maia.
