Marisa Gutiérrez

Marisa Gutiérrez is an experienced IT Talent Manager and HR Business Partner currently leading the IT recruiting team at IN2 INGENIERIA DE LA INFORMACION since September 2019. With extensive experience in talent management, recruitment, and team development, Marisa has previously held key positions at Grupo Oesia as Head of IT Talent and Culture for Cataluña, and at everis as a Senior IT Recruiter. Additional roles include Partner at Attittud Recursos Humanos, IT Consultant at Fihoca, and IT Recruiter at Manpower España, among others. Marisa holds a Master’s in HR Management and a degree in Clinical Psychology from Universitat Ramon Llull, further complemented by a Master’s in Occupational Risk Prevention and studies in Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy.
