Scott Cullen

Scott Cullen is a seasoned professional in the field of cost and project management with over 28 years of experience. Currently serving as Principal at Axias, Inc. since March 2013, Cullen has previously held significant leadership roles including Director of Operations North America at Davis Langdon, an AECOM Company, where management of a 120-person cost management firm was overseen during a pivotal acquisition. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Vice President at Faithful+Gould, where regional and national services in cost management were managed, and founding and leading CPM International, Inc. as President. Cullen holds a BSc in Quantity Surveying from Glasgow Caledonian University, completed in 1986.
