Gayan Wickremeratne

Gayan Wickremeratne is currently the Head of Rewards and HR Operations at Axiata Digital Labs. With a solid background in talent acquisition, HR operations, and HR business partnering, Gayan has worked in various HR roles at companies like Virtusa, Fortude, WNS Global Services, Hemas Holdings PLC, and Firstsource-Dialog Solutions (Pvt) Limited. Gayan holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from the University of Colombo, along with other educational qualifications in counseling psychology, labor law, and industrial relations. At the beginning of their career, Gayan worked as a Contact Centre Associate at Dialog Axiata PLC.
