Herman Iswanto

Herman Iswanto's work experience includes holding the role of Head of Business Partnership (Enterprise) at Axiata Digital since January 2018. Prior to this, they served as AVP - Agent Engagement Management at PT Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional Tbk from April 2017 to January 2018. From January 2016 to April 2017, they were the Head of Account Management at Qraved. Herman also held various positions at GrabTaxi, including Head of Loyalty & Retention Grab Indonesia from October 2014 to January 2016, and Assistant Head of Customer Service from July 2014 to October 2014. Before that, they served as Assistant Front Office Manager at Accor's Grand Mercure Jakarta Harmoni from June 2013 to July 2014, and as Duty Manager at Mercure Convention Center Ancol - Jakarta from July 2011 to June 2013.

Herman Iswanto pursued their education in the field of hospitality, focusing on the hotel industry. From 2002 to 2006, they attended Bunda Mulia University in Jakarta, where they earned a degree in Hospitality. During this time, they also studied at the Tourism Academy, also a part of Bunda Mulia, and obtained a Diploma III in Hospitality.
