Joseph Tsen

Joseph Tsen has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Joseph started their career in 1996 as an Area Sales Manager at Harpers Trading (M) Sdn Bhd, where they worked until 2005. Joseph then joined Digi Telecommunications, first as the Head of Sales - Sabah from 2005 to 2013, followed by roles as Area Manager and Head of Region. In 2014, they moved to Celcom Axiata Berhad, where they worked as the Head of State & Territory from 2014 to 2016, and then as the Regional Sales Manager from 2016 to 2017. Joseph was later promoted to the Head of Sales Operations, a position they held until joining Axiata Digital in 2018. At Axiata Digital, they initially served as the Head of Sabah Region and is currently the Head of East Malaysia.

Joseph Tsen obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in General Management from Asia e University. The specific start and end years of their education are not provided.
