Chris Byrom

Chris Byrom has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Chris started their career in 1980 as a Product Management professional at Rumbelows Ltd. In 1987, they joined Woolwich Building Society where they held various positions related to CRM, Marketing, Advertising, Direct Marketing, Product Management, and Channel Management. Chris then worked at Financial Marketing Solutions and MicroMatch Marketing as a Managing Director. In 2005, they joined Barclays as the Head of Retention & Customer Engagement, where they were responsible for improving customer retention and delivering culture change. From 2015 to 2017, they served as an Associate Director at Berkeley Research Group LLC, a global advisory and consulting firm. In 2017, they joined AXIM Global as a Consultant, specializing in helping large organizations transform their communications technology and solutions. Since 2013, they have also been the Director of Inaccord Limited.

Chris Byrom attended Bluecoat School in Oldham from 1970 to 1977. Chris then went on to study at Lancaster University from 1977 to 1980, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors in Economics and Politics. Later, in 2010 to 2011, Chris attended Hult Ashridge, but no specific degree or field of study information is available for that period.
