Lionel Wilson

Lionel Wilson is an accomplished IT and project management professional with extensive experience in leading transformative initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as Programme Lead at GENII Software Group since May 2025, Lionel focuses on enhancing IT operations for a diverse portfolio of software companies. As the Founder and Managing Director of Illusioneering Limited since April 1992, Lionel has provided expert consultancy in IT solutions and ERP systems, working with notable clients such as Volkswagen and Microsoft. Previous roles include Programme Lead for Axiologik and Transformation Lead at RWS Group, alongside significant positions in organizations like AllBarbers, Norse Group Limited, QUANTIQ, Regus, IWG plc, and NORRIQ BENELUX. Lionel holds a BSc (Hons) in Industrial Design from Brunel University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Birmingham.
