Roanne Jacobsen

Roanne Jacobsen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in internal audit, regulatory compliance, and risk management. Currently serving as Vice President of Internal Audit at Axiom Bank, N.A. since October 2022, Roanne leads initiatives to remediate identified findings and conducts ad hoc audits to ensure compliance with company policies. Previous roles include Consultant in Regulatory Compliance at AaSys Group, Inc., Manager of Compliance Monitoring at Regional Finance, and various positions at Kforce Global Solutions, Inc. and Dixon Hughes Goodman. Roanne's foundational experience at TD encompassed roles from Senior Manager of Risk Governance & Controls to Audit Supervisor. Roanne holds an MBA in Finance from Strayer University, a BA in History from the University of South Carolina, and is a certified compliance professional through the ABA National Compliance School.
