Erik Shaffer

Erik Shaffer is a seasoned mental health professional with extensive experience in clinical leadership roles. Currently serving as Clinical Director at Axiom Care since May 2024, Erik has previously held similar positions at Native American Connections, Desert Cove Recovery, and Friendship Community Mental Health Center. Prior to these roles, Erik was a Lead Clinician at A Better Today Recovery Services and managed outpatient programs focused on substance abuse at Empact-SPC. Erik's early career included directing operations at the Center for Behavioral Health and working as a real estate agent at CENTURY 21 Arizona Foothills. With a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Grand Canyon University and a background in psychology, interior design, and addiction counseling, Erik brings a diverse skill set to the mental health field.
