Vedran Pobric

Vedran Pobric is an experienced geologist and GIS specialist currently serving as the Exploration GIS Manager at Axiom Exploration Group since May 2023. Prior to this role, Vedran worked as a Geologist/GIS Specialist at Longford Exploration Services LTD from February 2018 to May 2023. Vedran gained academic experience at the University of British Columbia, where responsibilities included serving as a Teaching Assistant and head Teaching Assistant for various petrology courses and conducting research on eclogite xenoliths in the Diamond Exploration Laboratory. Additional experience includes scientific translation for geological publications and private tutoring. Vedran holds a Master’s Degree in Geology from the University of British Columbia, a Bachelor’s Degree in Geology from the University of Florida, and completed high school at UWC Red Cross Nordic.
