Nicola Dyke

Nicola Dyke is an experienced legal professional currently serving as a Director at Axiom since May 2019, focusing on enhancing agility and efficiency within in-house legal teams through on-demand talent solutions. Nicola is a member of both the Axiom European leadership team and the Global Commercial Management team. Prior to this role, Nicola worked as a Senior Manager and Client Programme Team Leader at Simmons & Simmons from August 2006 to April 2019, where efforts were made to modernize client relationship management and head a key account programme. Nicola's legal career began at Simmons & Simmons as a Solicitor in the Financial Markets Litigation group, specializing in complex financial and regulatory disputes. Additionally, Nicola was seconded to BlackRock's Litigation and Employment team from November 2014 to November 2015, providing advice on a variety of dispute resolution and regulatory issues in the EMEA region. Educational background includes a Jurisprudence degree from the University of Oxford and further legal training at BPP Law School.
