G. Ryan Lee is a seasoned design manager and engineer specializing in aerospace and spacesuit technology. Currently serving as the Design Manager for the Axiom Exploration Spacesuit Pressure Garment Subsystem (AxPGS) at Axiom Space since August 2021, G. Ryan Lee leads a team in the design and architecture of spacesuit components for NASA's Artemis III mission and Axiom's Low Earth Orbit Spacesuit. Prior experience includes roles such as Hardware Subsystem Lead for the Artemis Spacesuit at NASA, where responsibilities encompassed hardware architecture and risk management, and Balloon Systems Product Manager at World View Enterprises, overseeing stratospheric vehicle operations. G. Ryan Lee also has an extensive background in spacesuit design and development from positions at ILC Dover and Barrios Technology, contributing significantly to projects for the International Space Station and various NASA missions. G. Ryan Lee holds a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University.
