Jonathan Kemp

Jonathan Kemp is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in aerospace and process engineering. Currently serving as an EVA Mission Integration, Operations, and Training Engineer at Axiom Space since November 2021, Jonathan supports flight and mission operations for the Axiom Extravehicular Mobility Unit for lunar and low Earth orbit operations. Previously, Jonathan held the role of Payload Engineering Project Manager, where responsibilities included managing a team of 12 engineers and overseeing the development of a prototype internal payload system. Jonathan's prior experience includes leadership positions at Leidos as the ISS Human Research Program Payload Systems Flight Operations Engineer Lead, and technical roles at JES Tech, GeoLogics Corporation, and WorleyParsons. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master of Science in Technology Project Management from the University of Houston.
