Nicole Linbeck

Nicole Linbeck, SPHR, currently serves as Associate Director of People Operations at Axiom Space since February 2024. Prior to this role, Nicole held various positions at LyondellBasell from December 2015 to October 2023, including Sr Manager of Employee & Labor Relations and Human Resources Manager, where Nicole focused on managing global Employee Relations functions, risk management, and talent acquisition. Nicole has extensive experience in human resources, having previously worked at organizations such as Smiths Group, United Space Alliance, CITGO Petroleum Corporation, and Mercer, providing comprehensive HR support, implementing strategic initiatives, and managing employee relations. Nicole earned an MBA in Human Resources and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
