Russell Ralston

Russell Ralston currently serves as Executive Vice President and EVA Program Manager at Axiom Space, where responsibilities include overseeing the Extravehicular Activity (EVA) program. Prior to this role, Russell Ralston was employed by NASA from June 2014 to May 2020 as Hardware Engineering Manager for the xEMU Space Suit, leading a team of engineers in the development of the Portable Life Support System (PLSS). Previous experience includes roles as Hardware Engineer and Component Manager for the xEMU Space Suit and positions at Georgia Institute of Technology as a Graduate Research Assistant and Team Lead for a microgravity research initiative. Russell Ralston holds a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering and a Professional Certificate in Architecture and Systems Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and completed a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology.
